The Company does not sell items to non-business customers. Our returns policy does not therefore include any statutory rights of return.
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the items supplied, but those items are not defective or incorrect, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return of the items.
For hygiene and safety reasons the Company does not exchange or accept the return of items which have been opened and/or used.
The Company may at its' sole discretion accept the return of stock items provided that the customer has contacted the Company within  days of receipt of the items.
All returns made on this basis must be in their original packaging, unopened and show no evidence of damage.
Such items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge at the discretion of the company
Items may only be returned for credit.
Returned items will require proof of delivery
Non-stock items are strictly non-returnable.
